a miracle can only be proven true, if the evidence against it is even more miraculous then the miracle itself.

Despite being exposed to a lot of religion in my life (through family and friends), I'm definitely agnostic. If there is a God, I suppose I'll meet him when I die. If there isn't, then it doens't matter as they'll be nothing after death but non-existence. Either way it'll be an interesting experience.
When it comes to religion in Freezing, I have to say I like how the author has handled it. Like Margaret's struggle with reconciling her faith when the Nova shake her resolve. I'm definitely glad with how complex the author made Gengo and his beliefs. Despite him eventually becoming one of my favorite characters, I disliked him greatly when it seemed he was some religious zealout in the E-Pandora arc.
^It's rarely that I don't need to add anything to make it my own view. I think the same way about everything you mentioned, the agnostic view to what you said about Gengo and his beliefs.
For me it just looks like the supernatural/paranormal/psi-phenomena/parapsychology (whatever you want to name it) getting a scientifical clarification in the story.
