A unique High End Skill, which is akin to teleporting. This was developed by Chiffon Fairchild, before she even enrolled in Genetics. She first employed it during the Summer Carnival of 2063, when she crushed fifty Pandoras in a row before finally "falling" to Ticy Phenyl.
Her Limiter, Yu Jin, admitted the skill was never meant to be used by Pandoras, but was developed so Chiffon could've fought effectively when she assumed her true form, which she did when she fought Nova Amelia in the Eleventh Nova Clash.
Later, during the Student Presidential Duel, Ticy utilized her own version of Illusion Turn, an ability she'd never employed previously, when she fought and defeated Arnett McMillian to fill the office vacated by Chiffon.
