Lim Dall Young (Im Dal-young, Korean - Hangul: 임달영, Hanja: 林达永) is a South Korean manhwa and manga writer, and one of the founders of Artlim Media, which was established in 1999.

He is the author of Freezing and several of its spin-offs, as well as several others manhwa and manga titles, such as Aflame Inferno, Onihime VS, etc. His collaborators in the Freezing franchise are: Kim Kwang Hyun‎ on Freezing, Youn Jae Ho on Freezing: First Chronicles, Jeong Soo Cheol on Freezing: Zero, and Kim So Hee on Freezing: Pair Love Stories.

He is also part of the doujin circle CDPA and uses the alias Moonzero. His name "Dall" (달) Young" (영) means "Moon" "Zero". He has written stories for the Cross Make series of hentai doujinshi anthologies, many of them involving Freezing.
