Elizabeth duels Ticy in an illegal duel, defeating Ticy. Chiffon is angry about it, and punishes Elizabeth. Chiffon has Ticy sexually molest Elizabeth. Then she brings in a lackey Limiter to further the sexual assault, with a dildo. In the meanwhile, Chiffon has Ticy sexually play with her (Chiffon).

This shows Ticy being Chiffon's servant, in a more extreme manner, and emphasizes the lesbian overtones shown in the anime between Ticy and Chiffon. It also expresses Chiffon's power as top Pandora, over the previously shown Elizabeth who meted out punishment to underclassmen.
